 Our online form can now be filled in and automatically sent by hitting the “Submit” button at the bottom of the contract Web page. The submitted information will be automatically sent to us by E-mail. We will contact you to schedule the inspection. Please print the contract document for your records. Company policy regarding how we use the information we collect can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

Pricing Policy Information

Reports paid for in advance or at the time of the inspection, by check or cash will receive a $25 discount off our regularly published fee.

We are set up to additionally accept payments for our Home Inspection Reports using the PayPal service. A PayPal account is not required to pay through the PayPal service.

Inspections paid with Pay Pal will pay the regularly published inspection fee.
